BabyMonster will make its first comeback on February 1, 2024, with the release of the song “Stuck in the Middle,” as confirmed by Yang Hyun-suk (founder and producer of YG Entertainment). At midnight on January 1, 2024, KST, a video was posted on the band’s YouTube channel, where Yang Hyun-suk confirmed this news. In addition, it is also confirmed that BabyMonster’s first mini-album is scheduled for April 1, 2024.
Talking about the song Stuck in the Middle, Yang Hyun-suk said, “This song is not a hip-hop track.” and mentioned it as fresh content. He also said that listening to this song feels like being present in zero-gravity space, and there has been no such song produced by YG in the past few years. He added that the different vocals and skills of the members allowed me to focus on even my smallest breath.
When Ahyeon will join?
Later in the video, it is confirmed that Ahyeon had stopped her training due to bad health conditions. There is no confirmation made on when Ahyeon will join the BabyMonster. Whether she will join it in the band’s first comeback or the first mini-album drop, or not even this year. Due to her, BabyMonster pushed their debut by one year, but at last, they had to make their debut without her. Currently, there is no update regarding Ahyeon’s health condition from the YG official side.
