VIXX, written as 빅스 in Korean is a boy band of third-generation K-pop based in South Korea like Monsta X and SF9. The group name stands for ‘Voice, Visual, Value in Excelsis.’ It was formed from the Mnet reality television show, MyDOL, aired in 2012. Jellyfish Entertainment manages this band of four boys: N, Leo, Ken, and Hyuk. This band has been active since 2012.
The group debuted on May 24, 2012, with the single album “Super Hero.” Originally, there were six members in the group but two members Hongbin left the group in 2020, while Ravi left in 2023, since then VIXX continued as a quartet band.
